Citrus Shrimp Linguini

Paired with Pinot Grigio

Description:

A light lemony garlic shrimp pasta dish that is a perfect compliment to a smooth Pinot Grigio.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 lbs Linguini
  2. 8 jumbo shrimp
  3. 1 cup orange juice
  4. Juice from 1 lemon and lime
  1. 1 bulb of garlic
  2. salt and pepper to taste
  3. chopped parsley and parmesan cheese to garnish

Directions:

Boil linguini 12 minutes until el dente, drain and set aside.
Marinade for 15 minutes the shrimp with salt, pepper, orange juice and juice from lemon and lime.
Saute one bulb of garlic for 5 minutes then add the shrimp mixture on medium heat until shrimp are pink and done.
Toss pasta with the shrimp and garnish with parsley and parmesan cheese. Serve with chilled Pinot Grigio.
