Meatball Hero
Paired with Chianti Classico Riserva
Description:
Meatballs in Italian bread
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 lb chopped meat
- 2 tablespoons of flavored breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons paesano cheese
Directions:
Mix all ingredients up in a bowl and roll into balls.
Broil them in over for 5 minutes.
Put them in tomato sauce for last hour.
Put in Italian bread.
