Café Firenze Cookbook is a unique pairing of gourmet dishes created by Top Chef Season 5 Fan Favorite, Fabio Viviani and delicious martinis by business partner and mixologist Jacopo Falleni. Friends since age twelve, the two have created a cookbook that celebrates the best of Italian cuisine with simple, healthy and delicious meals.
In addition to exclusive drink recipes, Santa Margherita is the only wine featured as Jacopo and Fabio have served it in their Californian restaurant, Café Firenze, for years.
